Job summary

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a warehouse associate in St. Rose, LA. The role involves heavy lifting (50–75 lb), loading/unloading, and occasional deliveries in a 26’ box truck.

You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license with one year of driving experience, and meet DOT requirements. Full-time, 7:00–3:30, with overtime possible and a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour plus bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control
