Job summary

Rexel USA in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and ship products. You will maintain branch warehouse safety, perform inventory, and support occasional counter sales.

This role excludes deliveries and requires adherence to SOPs and safety rules. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking, preparing orders, processing paperwork, and operating equipment such as forklifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• High School or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety.
• Receive material and verify quantity against packing list.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and apply proper labels.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
