Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle picking, packing, labeling, and inspection for shipments. The role supports standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Training emphasizes safety, quality, and compliance with shipping regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse or distribution experience.
• Attention to detail is essential for packing accuracy.
• Basic computer skills are required for records and label printing.
• Must be physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Will need to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Flexibility to perform housekeeping and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as needed for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments using parcel, LTL, or TL carriers.
• Record product and order information on required forms or systems.
• Apply proper shipping labels and ensure compliance with DOT/IATA/IMDG.
