Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team in a safety‑minded environment. You will perform daily warehouse tasks efficiently and accurately, including receiving, unloading shipments, cycle counts, and staging goods.

The role emphasizes safe operation of forklift and related equipment, with training and payroll duties as part of daily routines. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to lift or push 50-75 lbs as required.
• Commitment to customer service and maintaining an excellent attendance record.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily warehouse work activities, including loading/unloading and inventory checks.
• Receive/unload shipments and verify for accuracy.
• Cycle counts and inventory processing.
• Picking, cutting, and staging goods as needed.
• Daily building cleanup and maintenance.
• Regular safety audits and equipment checks.
• Operate forklift and/or other warehouse machinery (certification required).
• Perform and document machinery safety checks.
• Payroll-related tasks and training completion.
