Vallen Distribution in Monroe, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and dispatch goods following established procedures. You will operate warehouse equipment, verify shipments, and help maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced distribution center.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, basic computer skills, and a safety-minded approach. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of related experience.
• Experience loading/unloading and moving goods in a warehouse; forklift/cherry picker preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and work orders.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity (MS Office, Vista, Prophet 21).
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail and safety-mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, stock and store goods per procedures.
• Process shipments and verify accuracy against orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
