IBP Panhandle in New Jersey is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will load and unload trucks, move and store materials, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move, organize, and store materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and cleaning work areas
• Mow grass and maintain the facility grounds and yard
• Assist with basic facility maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
