Job summary

A&M Industrial in Cranbury, NJ seeks a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced distribution center. You will verify orders, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations, operating forklifts, and comfort with RF systems. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow as the company expands. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be safety conscious at all times.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers (certification preferred).
• Fluent in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and audit items for sales order shipments and pick/ pull items according to order specs.
• Prepare, pack, and stage orders for shipment (Ground, LTL, domestic, and international).
• Maintain shipping records and prepare bills of lading; schedule carrier pickups.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify counts and condition; inspect against packing slips and bills of lading.
• Use RF systems to receive, stage, and put away materials; assist with inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers) and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform general warehouse and clerical duties as assigned.
