Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a warehouse associate to compile orders, restock merchandise, and assist customers in a fast-paced store environment. You may operate forklifts and help load products for customers.

We value friendly, organized, and reliable team players who are dedicated to safety and exceptional service. Full-time and part-time positions are available at our Georgia location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification through Floor & Decor.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Restock our show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards for easy shopping.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Help customers find products and answer questions.
• Be available to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
