TBC Corporation is seeking a DC Associate in Kapolei, Hawaii to perform essential warehouse duties, including operating material handling equipment, receiving and stocking products, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. The role supports efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications include forklift certification (preferred), RF scanner experience, and prior DC exposure.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• Safety mindset is required.
• Prior distribution center experience is preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away products using RF technology.
• Perform inbound inspections for OSD.
• Pick and stage products; Load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and sanitation.
• Support operations to meet business plans and DC profitability.
• Assist with cycle counts or physical inventory as required.
