Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Garner, NC. You will receive, pick and fill orders, pack and ship, and ensure proper inventory storage. You’ll work to deliver world-class service while following safety policies and procedures.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent preferred and about 1+ years of general work experience. Training, career growth opportunities, and employee discounts on sleep products are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries.
• Store all product in designated location.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
• Inspect products for defects and damages upon receiving or shipping.
• Obtain signatures on paperwork.
• Assist customers with pickups and provide excellent service.
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform quality assurance.
• Maintain clean and organized stock areas.
• Follow safety policies and Company standards.
