T&A Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the graveyard shift in Kent, WA. The role focuses on accurately receiving and storing products, picking customer orders, staging pre-pulls, and loading trucks for route delivery.

The candidate will work Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM, with opportunities for cross-training and growth in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
• Previous experience with a forklift, pallet jack and RF Scanner.
• 1+ years of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
• 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.
• Shrink wrap machine and RF Scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, will call, inventory and maintenance/clean up.
• Unload trucks and accurately receive product into Gartman system.
• Pull and stage orders for route deliveries and Will Call customers.
• Follow Activity Management procedures to accurately complete work assignments.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF Scanners in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures.
• Participates in cross-training and is expected to support all warehouse functions as business needs require.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving and storing product and accurately filling customer orders by picking the correct product, staging pre-pulls, and loading trucks for route delivery.

Work Schedule:Sunday - Thursday (8:00 PM - 4:30 AM)

What You will Be Doing:

• Support all functions within the warehouse: receiving, shipping, will call, inventory and maintenance/clean up.
• Unload trucks and accurately receives product into the Gartman system.
• Pull and stage orders for route deliveries and for Will Call customers.
• Follow Activity Management procedures (formerly QMS) to accurately complete work assignments.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF Scanners in a safe and efficient manner.
• Promote and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner in support of company policies and procedures. The expectation includes reporting any potential hazards as well as correcting potential unsafe situations.
• Participates in cross-training and is expected to support all warehouse functions as business needs require.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work within deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Gartman (IBM i) or similar WMS system.
• Previous experience with a forklift, pallet jack and RF Scanner.
• 1 or more years of experience operating forklifts, packaging material, and loading trucks.
• 1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse environment performing warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, order pulling or will call duties.
• Shrink wrap machine and RF Scanning experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, operating a forklift and working in a warehouse environment with varied temperatures.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds at times, bend, stretch, and pull product.
