Krystal Biotech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join the team at South Side HQ in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving while supporting manufacturing and laboratory teams.

This role ensures materials are available at the right time and quantity. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years relevant industry experience, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations; GMP, GDP or lab setting a plus.
• Forklift and pallet jacks experience; training provided if necessary.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to handle fast-changing environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and vendor maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Coordinate ordering of materials to maintain stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Oversee warehouse organization and layout for efficient handling and retrieval.
• Maintain strong documentation for materials, including purchase orders and shipping records.
• Work with quality control to ensure materials meet standards and specifications.
• Record and manage inventory using ERP systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
