Job summary

Krystal Biotech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to support operations at the Astra facility in Moon Township.

The role focuses on inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and providing general support to manufacturing and lab teams. Responsibilities include monitoring raw materials and finished goods, coordinating material orders, maintaining storage layout, and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations; GMP/GDP or lab setting a plus.
• Forklift and pallet jacks experience a plus; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor materials levels to balance supply and demand.
• Coordinate material orders to maintain stock while minimizing excess.
• Oversee warehouse organization for efficient handling and retrieval.
• Maintain strong documentation for POs and shipping records.
• Work with quality control to meet standards and specs.
• Collaborate with production to ensure material readiness for schedules.
• Use ERP software to track inventory and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Handle biohazard waste and materials.
