Job summary

Archway in Strongsville, OH is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to support line set-up, inventory tasks, and shipping duties. The role requires using RF scanners and voice tech, with a daytime shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

You will maintain clean, safe work areas, assist teammates to meet customer expectations, and complete paperwork and time-tracking. A HS diploma or GED and basic math/reading skills are required; lifting up to 40 pounds is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent warehouse experience.
• Experience with PC applications and ability to learn new systems.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and heavier weights in a team-lift environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with line set-up
• Utilization of technology as required, i.e. voice technology, RF scanners, etc.
• Assist with various administrative, receiving, and shipping duties as required
• Restock packing materials
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Update supervisor and team lead on issues or concerns
• Participate in process improvement by communicating with supervisor and/or team lead
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• All other duties as assigned
