Job summary

Baesman Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Fulfillment Center in Columbus, Ohio. This role handles receiving, organizing, and moving products, ensuring inventory is accurate and safe.

No prior experience required, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety guidelines. You’ll load and unload, sort, inspect goods, count inventory, and follow safety procedures while supporting other warehouse tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and be dependable for quality of work.
• Basic English reading/writing to understand labels and instructions.
• Basic math to count and verify inventory.
• Experience in warehouse/fulfillment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks.
• Sort and repack items by category or destination.
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
• Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations.
• Review packing slips, count inventory, and report missing or damaged items.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Baesman Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Fulfillment Center team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving products throughout the facility while ensuring inventory is handled safely and accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks
• Sort and repack items by category or destination
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage
• Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations
• Review packing slips, count inventory, and report missing or damaged items
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris

Requirements

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment and be dependable for the quality of work produced
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, punctual attendance and a strong work ethic
• Basic English reading and writing skills to understand labels and instructions
• Basic math skills to count and verify inventory
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
