Job summary

Baesman is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our Fulfillment Center to receive, organize, and move products safely and accurately. You will work in a team to keep inventory flowing and help maintain orderly warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with pallet jacks, sorting and repacking items, inspecting inbound goods, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated newcomers.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand for extended periods.
• Basic English reading and writing to understand labels and instructions.
• Basic math to count and verify inventory.
• Team-oriented and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks.
• Sort and repack items by category or destination.
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
• Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations.
• Review packing slips, count inventory, and report missing or damaged items.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
