Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Dayton, OH facility. The role includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping parts used in fueling infrastructure. First shift with some overtime, ample safety training, and opportunities for growth.

Pay starts at $18/hr, dependent on experience, with benefits including 401(k), PTO, holidays, health coverage, and bonus eligibility. Candidates must pass employment screenings and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
General knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems.
Experience with cycle count activities, forklift operation, shipping and receiving.
Punctual with strong attendance history.
Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR when driving for the company.
Physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds, endure standing 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer orders by processing receipts, picking, packing and shipping parts.
Ensure all customer orders meet quality standards and are shipped to the correct address on time.
Ship parts through UPS, LTL, and dedicated trucks.
Operate mobile equipment: Sit-Down Fork Truck, Standup Reach Truck, Order picker.
Participate in annual physical inventory and daily cycle counting.
Follow safety procedures and address unsafe practices.
