Job summary

Core-Mark International is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth. You will work Sunday through Thursday starting at 2pm, primarily in freezer/cooler areas, with jackets provided. You will retrieve products, stack orders for delivery, and monitor inventory throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include labeling shipments, updating inventory records, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety procedures while meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 10–35 lb and occasionally 60–90 lb is required.
• Able to operate in freezer/cooler conditions 36°F to -10°F.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and electric pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve products, stack orders for delivery and monitor inventory in the warehouse.
• Direct, stock, pick, replenish products and ensure correct packing for routes.
• Apply shipping IDs and complete inventory paperwork.
• Keep workstation orderly and return supplies to proper locations.
• Record materials and inventory levels and follow safety policies.

Position Details:

Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Full Case retrieves product, stacks orders for delivery, and monitors inventory levels within the warehouse. Directs, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
• Retrieves product in accordance with printed customer orders and packing products.
• Restocks order selection zones as necessary and consolidating merchandise. Stacks orders securely according to sequence of delivery route.
• Applies shipping ID labels to products and completing paperwork related to inventory process.
• Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Records materials and inventory levels.
• Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Must work in freezer and cooler environment, temperature can range from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C)
• Able to get certified in forklift operation and Electrical-Pallet Jack
