Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a warehouse associate in Texas to support distribution operations. You will retrieve products, prepare orders, stock zones, and monitor inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Shift is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday starting at 11:00am with 10+ hour shifts. Requires a High School Diploma/GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, ability to lift 10–90 pounds, and work in multi-temperature environments. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift/replenish 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• 6+ months experience with an Electrical-Pallet Jack.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves product per printed orders and packs products.
• Restocks order selection zones and consolidates merchandise.
• Stacks orders securely according to delivery route.
• Applies shipping IDs and completes inventory paperwork.
• Maintains orderly workstation and returns supplies to locations.

Position Purpose

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Pay

$15.50/hr plus performance incentives

Primary Responsibilities

The Full Case retrieves product, stacks orders for delivery, and monitors inventory levels within the warehouse. Directs, stocks, selects, and replenishes products. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Retrieves product in accordance with printed customer orders and packing products. Restocks order selection zones as necessary and consolidating merchandise.
• Stacks orders securely according to sequence of delivery route.
• Applies shipping ID labels to products and completing paperwork related to inventory process.
• Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.
• Records materials and inventory levels.
• Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Equivalent 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• 6+ Months Experience with an Electrical-Pallet Jack
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
