Caterpillar Inc. is hiring a warehouse associate in Fountain Inn, SC. You will handle material and order fulfillment in a clean, safe facility, using carts and automated packaging equipment to support timely delivery of parts and products.

Responsibilities include warehousing tasks, order filling, and shipping/receiving, with an emphasis on safety and reliability. The role offers full benefits, potential overtime, and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes up to 35 pounds for 15–30 minutes.

• Starting wage is $20.05/hour
• Annual performance review with potential pay increase
• Quarterly bonus on top of base pay

Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts
• Perform material handling and warehousing functions
• Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
• Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment
• Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving

All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:

• Background Screening
• Drug Screening
• Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical

Basic Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
• Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand for 10 consecutive hours
• Ability to work overtime, often on short notice

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained
• Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience
