Job summary

Caterpillar seeks a warehouse associate in Fountain Inn, SC to help deliver materials and parts in a safe, efficient environment. You will operate equipment, process orders, and support packaging and shipping in a modern facility.

The role offers a starting wage of $20.05/hour, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, EAP, and employee discounts. Four 10-hour shifts per week provide steady hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15–30 minutes.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts
• Perform material handling and warehousing functions
• Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies
• Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment
• Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving

All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre‑employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:

• Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical

Basic Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
• Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand for 10 consecutive hours
• Ability to work overtime, often on short notice

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained
• Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience

Summary Pay Range:

$20.05 - $25.55
