Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tempe, AZ. This position requires a friendly, organized, and hard-working individual who will compile orders, check inventory, and operate a forklift. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess customer service and warehouse experience. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour adjustable based on experience. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.

Responsibilities

• Compile orders and replenish and move merchandise.
• Check inventory and orders, interact with customers, and operate a forklift.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Restock the show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
