Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Maryland Heights, MO to fill orders, receive and ship materials, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse. Typical hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, with responsibilities including inventory, shipping paperwork, and branch deliveries as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations, with no experience required and forklift certification preferred. A valid driver’s license and MVR review are required if deliveries occur.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• If required to make deliveries: must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver’s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship material per SOPs and safety rules.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Process paperwork for shipments and verify accuracy.
• Make deliveries to branches or customers when needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and branch support as required.
