Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC within Distribution. The role focuses on maintaining sanitation standards, ensuring clean and accessible products for safe store delivery, and supporting multiple teams in cleaning equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities include following a Master Sanitation Schedule, documenting tasks, and participating in recycling and repackaging activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods.
• Certified pallet jack and forklift operator by start date.
• Able to use cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Able to lift, carry, and stack product with specified weights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building appearance per Distribution Sanitation SOPs and ensure product accessibility for safe selection and delivery to stores.
• Assist with cleaning industrial equipment, tractor trailers and facility floors.
• Sort recycling materials and help reduce shrink by handling damaged cases, sorting product, repackaging and labeling cases.
• Follow a Master Sanitation Schedule; document completed tasks.
