Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Myers, FL to pull and prepare outbound orders, build pallets, and ensure accurate stock handling. You will use RF devices, receive and verify materials, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience and a strong work ethic, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow PPE guidelines. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:00pm; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean and safe; participate in team safety.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements (safety harness up to 400 lbs).
