Job summary

North Coast Electric is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Oregon-based team. This full-time, on-site role supports order filling, receiving, and overall warehouse upkeep while ensuring safe forklift operation and timely deliveries where needed.

You will maintain accurate records, learn handheld scanners, and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Commitment to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
• Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners and operating systems.
• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical card or willing to obtain.
• Self-motivated and teamwork focused.

Responsibilities

• Order Filling/Receiving.
• Improve warehouse cleanliness.
• General warehouse work.
• Safe forklift driving.
• Cutting wire to custom lengths.
• Back-up delivery driver.
• Safe and reliable delivery to customer job sites, industrial locations, and other North Coast Electric locations.
• Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and vehicle readiness using the Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Ensure the truck is loaded correctly, secured, and within the weight limit.
• Other duties as assigned.
