Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move freight, stock, and materials throughout the warehouse. The role also supports various projects and general labor tasks, including receiving and outbound order preparation.

Key duties include forklift safety checks, inventory tagging, scanning labels, data entry, keeping aisles clear, and maintaining a safe, clean facility. Ability to read procedures, communicate well, and work in a team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least two years’ experience in the warehousing industry.
• Must have at least 2 years forklift experience.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be team oriented.
• Must have basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift safety checks.
• Receive inbound freight, document damage/shortages, and verify condition.
• Place received product in designated locations and update inventory tags.
• Pick, stage, and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• De-kitting, banding, wrapping, restacking, repackaging, and labeling.
• Scan labels to confirm receipt and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain safety standards.
• Notify supervisor of equipment, building, or security issues.
• Consolidate material and assist with inventory control.
