Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate to safely operate forklifts and related equipment, pull and prepare outbound orders, and maintain accurate stock. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive on-site training, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with a team to keep the facility clean and efficient. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits and opportunities for growth at Ferguson.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with the ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts (order selector/cherry picker), pallet jacks and overhead cranes to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
