Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate in Cedar Rapids, IA to pull and prepare outbound orders, build and move pallets, and sort inventory using RF devices. You will verify incoming materials, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and adhere to PPE and safety rules.

Starting wages begin around $18/hr with experience, with room to grow based on performance and responsibilities. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free; follow PPE requirements.
