Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team in the West Virginia area. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and maintain accurate inventory using RF devices.

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years warehouse experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean and follow safety regulations including PPE usage.
