Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an entry level Warehouse Associate in Grand Junction, CO, to pull and prepare outbound orders, build and transport pallets, and use RF devices to sort and scan.

You’ll operate a stand-up forklift safely, receive and verify materials, keep the workspace clean, and comply with PPE and safety rules. Starting pay around $18/hour with regular daytime hours, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement at Ferguson.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state license.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pick and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety rules.
