Tellworks Logistics, headquartered in Atlanta with locations across the United States, is seeking a Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to move packages and materials efficiently and safely within our facilities.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, locating stock, reporting damages, transporting materials to production, inspecting equipment, and maintaining inventory records while upholding company policies and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and operate material handling equipment.

• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.

Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Brief Description

We are looking for warehouse associates with forklift experience with high attention to detail to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles.

Essential Functions

• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prefer 2-4 years of experience
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
• Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions
• Operate hand truck and forklift
• Must be able to read and write English
• Basic Mathematics Skills
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
