Job summary

Tellworks Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move packages and materials with a forklift, maintaining accuracy and safety across facilities. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, locating stock, and driving operations while following policies and quality standards.

The role requires reading and deciphering freight coding, basic math, and English literacy. Prior forklift experience is preferred; regular inventory records and safety compliance are essential.

Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Brief Description

We are looking for warehouse associates with forklift experience with high attention to detail to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles.

Essential Functions

• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment

• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prefer 2-4 years of experience
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
• Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions
• Operate hand truck and forklift
• Must be able to read and write English
• Basic Mathematics Skills
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
