Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely perform a range of warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, pallet building, and inventory checks. You will work with yard equipment and automation systems to ensure accurate loads and efficient operations.

Qualified candidates will have forklift experience, basic Math and reading/writing skills, and the ability to follow SOPs. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Visa sponsorships are not available.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per warehouse SOPs.
• Safely operate yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading.
• Interact with automation systems and voice pick/WMS to verify pallets and loads.
• Identify faults in automation systems and perform basic maintenance.
