Job summary

Savers is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our West Springfield, MA facility. You will load/unload trucks, sort donations, and help move items to storage areas while maintaining safety standards.

You will operate a forklift, verify weights, and complete route and stock documents. This role requires a high school diploma and forklift certification, with ability to lift up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift training certification is required.
• Dock or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks/trailers per directions.
• Stack boxes and bags for weight verification.
• Place furniture and large items in designated areas.
• Ensure aisles are clean and debris-free.
• Record weights and unload times on driver forms.
• Complete delivery reports with required information.
• Daily stock count and record on forms.
• Operate forklifts safely according to policy.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
