Job summary

Goodman Manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely off-load, put away, pick and stage equipment and parts while delivering professional service to internal and external customers.

The role requires operating a forklift, maintaining inventory, performing cycle counts, and completing paperwork with accuracy. You will follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and collaborate with the team to support smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and surroundings.
• Basic Computer skills including data entry to process transactions and generate reports and orders.
• Ability to successfully process (ex. Loading and Unloading) products.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to pass Prove It and driving test.
• Must be eligible to be forklift certified in house within 30 days.
• Understanding and following work instructions, policies and procedures.
• Be dependable and work well in a team environment.
• Able to work in a non climate controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and products.
• Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
• Maintain Inventory and Prepare Cycle Counts.
• Complete Will Calls.
• Timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries.
• Wear proper PPE and uniform at all times during each shift.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift with good housekeeping and safety practices, report concerns promptly.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs, work processes and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
