Job summary

Goodman Manufacturing is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and perform material handling duties on a fast-paced loading dock. You will stock items, maintain inventory accuracy, and prepare cycle counts while adhering to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, assisting customers and CSRs, and following established work instructions. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled space.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation with attention to safety.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer data entry to process transactions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer materials without damage.
• Receive items per procedure and stock in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and related paperwork with accuracy.
• Follow SOPs, processes, and company policies.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
