Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will safely handle pallets, verify product quality, and maintain accurate records while supporting internal and external customers in a climate-controlled, though non‑temperature‑controlled, setting.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Responsibilities include using automation systems, conducting pre‑trip checks, and performing various material handling tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least 6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Strong math/reading/writing and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping of products and materials.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
• Maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) for tasks.
• Count damaged or returned goods and document discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse automation systems and pick tickets accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic system errors and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform janitorial tasks to keep areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
