Lensing Building Specialties is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution team in Evansville, Indiana. You will receive and unload materials, stock and organize inventory, and prepare orders for delivery to customers and job sites.

The role suits someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and forklift operation are a plus; training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience.
• Experience operating forklifts (or willingness to be trained).
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming materials.
• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Pick and stage materials for orders and upcoming installations.
• Load materials onto delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, sales team, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
