Job summary

Atterro in Edison, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role requires forklift experience and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position offers a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and shipping procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using forklift equipment.
• Sort freight by destination, SKU, and customer requirements.
• Break down and rebuild pallets for staging and outbound shipments.
• Stage freight in designated lanes for pickup and delivery.
• Move and locate materials throughout warehouse and racking areas.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, and accuracy.
• Assist with outbound preparation and shipping activities.
• Support inventory counts and location audits.
• Maintain clean and organized dock, staging, and warehouse areas.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times.
