Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team, with a schedule Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, selecting orders, handling pallets, and using RF devices to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued license required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Self-starter able to learn the company's systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Wear PPE and follow safety regulations, including harness use when required.
• May assist with driver duties as needed.
