Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Texas. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pick, wrap, and ship customer orders, and use RF devices to sort and label items.

You will receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow PPE guidelines, including the 400 lb harness limit. Growth and team-focused culture are emphasized with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in duties.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and improve efficiencies.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe while supporting a zero-accident culture.
• Adhere to safety regulations including PPE and a safety harness with weight limit of 400 lbs.
