Job summary

TGI Office Automation in Pine Brook, NJ is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics team. You will receive used equipment, verify serials, input data into our ERP, pull orders, and operate forklift and pallet jack to support timely deliveries.

This full-time, in-person role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 15 lbs, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. We offer health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Reliable transportation to/from Pine Brook, NJ.
• Basic computer skills and data entry; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and follow instructions.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive used equipment and verify serials; input data into ERP.
• Cross-check product quantities and pull orders for return or delivery.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely; training may be provided.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Aim to meet productivity goals and follow inspection procedures.
• Report damaged merchandise to supervisor; use warehouse data system.
