Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound order fulfillment at our New Jersey location. You will operate a stand-up forklift, build and move pallets, and employ RF devices to scan and sort orders.

The role emphasizes safety, dependability, and a strong work ethic, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within a major plumbing and construction materials distributor.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Wear a safety harness with a max weight capacity of 400 lbs.
