Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling, storing, and moving materials and inventory within the warehouse, delivering and stocking materials to the proper production locations. They are expected to demonstrate high responsibility and accountability, working effectively on assigned tasks and projects.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Essential Duties:

• Deliver and retrieve materials to production areas based on schedule
• Assist in shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipments
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Ensure proper labeling, corner-boarding, banding, wrapping, and weighing of pallets/boxes for shipment
• Transfer materials between sites and warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Work in a team environment with limited supervision
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Effective communication in English (written and spoken)
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification (to be obtained and maintained)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, climbing, and other movements
• Work typically in manufacturing environment, sometimes outside
• Use of safety gear such as glasses, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection
• Exposure to various physical and environmental conditions
