Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material handling duties, including receiving, loading and unloading materials, pulling and assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks with forklifts and cranes.

Expected base pay ranges from $17.84 to $22.31 per hour at start, with the overall compensation package including commissions, incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and other company-sponsored benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator.

Responsibilities

• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, perform inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products.
• Receive and unload inbound material, stock material, process customer returns, and notify management of damaged shipments.
• Operate crane forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility and assist with general office maintenance.
• May assist customers and prepare sales slips.
• Adhere to Safety Program rules and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
