Job summary

AO CASA INC in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to split time between receiving/shipping and returns repair. This full-time role requires forklift certification, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort using RF scanners and basic computer systems.

You will unload shipments, prepare orders for shipment, process returns, and maintain accurate records. Weekend shifts may be required after training; overtime is paid per applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience with shipping/receiving and returns processing preferred
• Forklift certification (valid) may be requested before start date
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 6+ hours daily
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS or similar systems)
• Weekend shifts available after training period

Responsibilities

• Receive and store inventory using forklifts/pallet jacks
• Pick, pack and ship orders and update shipment status in system
• Process returns: inspect, categorize as restock/repair/dispose
• Perform basic product inspection and minor repairs
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and repair outcomes
