Job summary

The State of California’s CDPH Richmond Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform the full range of warehousing duties, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management. Under supervision, you will load and unload vehicles, select products, secure goods on pallets, and move inventory to delivery areas.

You must hold a valid California driver's license and obtain a forklift certification within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices when using all equipment and efficient organizational skills for inventory.
• Must obtain/maintain hazmat training and gas cylinder/chemical storage training within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of warehousing duties: receiving, storage, shipping and inventory.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles and move stock to designated warehouse positions.
• Operate stockroom equipment and keep the work environment clean and safe.
