Job summary

The Odom Corporation in Tacoma, WA is seeking a warehouse associate to perform daily receiving, stocking, and order pulling with accuracy and speed.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, pick items from shelves, and ensure inventory is kept neat and compliant with safety standards. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and dependable teamwork.

Experience with warehouse equipment and inventory control is preferred; the shift is 4/10, Tue-Fri, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Prefer knowledge of warehousing and inventory procedures
• Forklift certification desired or able to obtain

Responsibilities

• Load/unload daily deliveries and move product to proper locations
• Read pick sheets and gather items for orders accurately
• Meet case-picks per hour and accuracy targets
• Inspect stock for quality and proper labeling
• Stock products by SKU location and keep areas organized
• Assemble and palletize customer orders for delivery
• Document quantities received/distributed and flag discrepancies
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; obtain training
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow safety rules
• Participate in regular inventory cycles and reporting
