Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Basiloid Forklift) in Fort Worth, TX to support warehouse and counter operations. The role requires forklift experience, strong customer service, and basic computer skills to process orders while maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.

The position includes forklift operation, order picking, and assisting customers at the counter, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including entering information and processing orders.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify items against shipping records, and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Pick, prepare, verify, and pack customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Record received and shipped materials using written documentation and computer systems.
• Organize, stock, and route materials to appropriate storage or inspection areas.
• Assist customers at the counter by answering questions, locating products, and helping process orders.
• Provide courteous and effective customer service in person and by phone as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse and counter area.
• Assist with truck unloading, inventory organization, cleaning, and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow established shipping, receiving, inventory, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and customer service operations.

Job Summary

• Flexibility to switch between counter service, order processing, and physical warehouse tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift certification.
• Experience assisting customers with product selection, order inquiries, or order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, inventory organization, and material-handling equipment.
